HudHaus Takes a Bite Out of Cuomo & Sons’ Brand New Deli in North Bergen for this weeks Munchie Monday

We did what any proper stoner foodie should do—we sparked up and then feasted like true Italians. Our munchie journey took us to the legendary Cuomo & Sons Italian Deli, right in the heart of Uptown North Bergen, and let’s just say… this one hit different.

We kicked things off with a quick smoke session, lighting up a Rhythm Infused Pineapple Express pre-roll—the perfect pairing to set the tone for what turned out to be an Italian deli dream come true.

Then it was straight to the deli to explore Cuomo’s brand new location, and naturally, we came ready to eat like it was Sunday dinner.

First up: fresh mozzarella—creamy, soft, and fully Tony approved. Then came the beef shortrib sandwich, slow-cooked to perfection and served with their house-made gravy. The rib was so tender it slid right off the bone—literally, we pulled the whole bone out before diving in.

Next? A classic vodka parm hero—creamy, cheesy, and absolutely dripping in flavor. And we had to finish strong with the prosciutto di parma with fresh mozzarella —a simple but elite sandwich that reminded us why Italian delis like this are unmatched when the munchies hit.

Owner Antonio welcomed us with open arms, shared some laughs, and even cracked open a few beers as we sat down to enjoy this Italian spread like family.

After lunch, we got a sneak peek at their brand new location, now open right next door, where they’ll be serving lunch and dinner. Same Cuomo quality—just a bigger space to handle those big appetites.
