End User License Agreement (EULA) for HudHaus App

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the HudHaus mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download or use the App.

HudHaus grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal device for your personal use. This license is subject to the terms of this EULA.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by HudHaus or its licensors.

HudHaus respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.  

6. Termination

HudHaüs may terminate this EULA immediately if you violate any of its terms.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.  

8. Limitation of Liability  

In no event shall HudHaus be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the App.  

9. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.  

10. Changes to the EULA

HudHaus reserves the right to modify or update this EULA at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the App Store or Google Play Store.

By continuing to use the App after any changes, you agree to be bound by the revised EULA.
